SCOPE AND SELLER

These Terms govern purchases from Zevera & Co., a brand operated by Danko Studios Corporation ("Zevera," "we," or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to the terms displayed during checkout and these Terms, subject to rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

PRODUCTS AND FOUNDER’S INAUGURAL EDITION

The Founder’s Ritual Box - Inaugural Edition is a one-time physical product purchase, not a membership, subscription, investment, or ownership interest in Zevera & Co. The numbered first edition is limited to ten boxes. Each box includes a printed numbered Founder’s Edition Certificate; certificate numbers are assigned after successful payment as orders are fulfilled. A specific number is not guaranteed before assignment.

Product images may include lifestyle styling or props not included in the box. The controlling list of included items is the product description at the time of purchase. The fragrance of the included Zevera Veiled Essence oil varies by box; no particular scent is guaranteed. Slight natural variation in presentation, crystals, materials, or packaging does not alone mean the product is defective, provided the item remains consistent with the description.

PRICING, TAX, AND PAYMENT

The advertised initial selling price is $79.99 per Founder’s Ritual Box. Current standard U.S. ground shipping is $22.95 per order, charged separately, and applicable tax is added at checkout where required. The final amount will be shown before payment. Prices, shipping options, and future availability may change prospectively; an order is governed by the terms and confirmed checkout amount at the time of purchase. Payment is processed through Stripe.

ORDERS AND AVAILABILITY

Orders are offers to purchase, subject to payment confirmation, product availability, and reasonable order verification. We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled, contains incorrect details, appears fraudulent, or involves an obvious pricing or technical error. If we cancel a paid order that cannot be fulfilled, we will provide the refund required by law. We do not accept reservations or preorders for this collection unless a separate offer expressly says otherwise.

SHIPPING, INSPECTION, AND RETURNS

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Shipping and voluntary-return procedures are described in our Shipping & Returns Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Please inspect your delivery promptly and notify us about visible damage or missing components. Nothing in our policies limits remedies you may have for defective, misdescribed, or undelivered goods under applicable law.

USE AND SAFETY

Candle wax, wicks, scented oil, tea, sage, and crystals should be used only for their intended purposes and according to product labels and instructions. Do not burn the candle inside its gift box or near packing materials. Never leave a flame unattended. Do not ingest scented oil. Scented oil may be added only to completely cool, unlit sand wax, only when the oil's labeling confirms it is compatible with sand-wax candles, and only according to the product instructions; add it near, but never directly onto, the wick. Never add fragrance or essential oils to a burning candle, hot wax, or an exposed wick. Consult the Candle Care & Safety page and keep all ritual products away from children and pets.

Zevera products are for personal enjoyment and ritual use. References to calm, intentions, moonlight, or restoration describe the intended experience and brand traditions, not medical treatment, clinically proven results, or a guarantee of any outcome. Contact a qualified professional for health-related concerns.

SITE CONTENT AND CHANGES

Brand names, logo designs, product photography, original text, and other website content are owned by Zevera, Danko Studios Corporation, or authorized licensors. Do not copy or commercially reproduce them without permission. We may update these Terms prospectively and will post an updated effective date. Nothing in these Terms removes nonwaivable consumer rights.
