When will my box ship?

Shipping and any delivery estimate will be presented with your order or confirmation, subject to the Shipping & Returns Policy. Please contact us if you need order-specific tracking information.

How much is shipping?

For the Founder’s Ritual Box launch, standard U.S. ground shipping is $22.95 per box, added to the $79.99 product price; any applicable tax is shown at checkout. Rates may change for future products.

How do I request a return?

For a change of mind, contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery. Returns must meet the unopened, unused, complete-box conditions in our Shipping & Returns Policy. If an order arrived damaged or incorrect, contact us promptly with the order number and supporting photos.

Will I know my certificate number?

Each of the ten inaugural boxes includes an individually numbered Founder’s Edition Certificate. Numbers are assigned after successful payment during fulfillment; an exact number is not guaranteed before assignment.

Are these monthly subscriptions?

No. The Founder’s Ritual Box is a one-time purchase. Any future Zevera subscriptions will be offered separately with their own disclosed terms.

Can I select my fragrance?

No. Each box includes one Zevera Veiled Essence oil, and the fragrance varies.
