The Zevera Founder’s Ritual Box contains a glass candle vessel with engraved wooden lid, white sand wax granules, wicks, and a hand selected scented oil. Read all packaging and manufacturer instructions before use. This page offers general safety practices; use any stricter instructions printed on the product.

BEFORE LIGHTING

  • Remove the candle vessel entirely from the gift box. Take away all crinkle paper, cards, dried botanicals, pouches, wood lids, loose wicks, tea packaging, and other combustible objects from the burning area.
  • Set the glass vessel upright on a stable, heat-resistant surface, well away from curtains, books, shelves, vents, drafts, and anything that can burn.
  • Check the vessel for chips or cracks. Do not burn a candle in damaged glass.
  • Use only wicks and sand wax intended for this candle system. Keep the wick centered and follow the supplied instructions for placement and exposed length; standard candle safety guidance is to keep wicks trimmed to about 1/4 inch.
  • Keep children and pets away. Never handle matches or lighters around loose packaging or dried herbs.

WHILE BURNING

  • Never leave a burning candle unattended. Extinguish it before leaving the room or going to sleep.
  • Keep the flame a safe distance from other objects and from the rim of the vessel; avoid drafts, which can create uneven or excessive flames.
  • Do not touch or move the glass vessel while hot. Never pour water onto hot wax or into the burning candle.
  • Stop use immediately if the flame becomes unusually high, the vessel overheats or cracks, smoke becomes excessive, or anything else appears unsafe.

EXTINGUISHING AND RESETTING THE SAND WAX

Extinguish the flame carefully with an appropriate candle snuffer, or by gently blowing it out, and confirm the wick is fully extinguished. Allow the vessel and wax to cool completely before touching, changing the wick, moving, or cleaning the candle. Follow the actual sand-wax included instructions for removing spent wick material and preparing the next burn.

Personalize Your Rest & Restore Ritual With Scent

Our white sand wax granules are naturally unscented, allowing you to enjoy their pure simplicity or personalize your Rest & Restore Ritual with fragrance.

For a scented experience, use the included Zevera Veiled Essence oil only if its labeling confirms it is compatible with sand-wax candles.

  1. Pour your sand wax granules into the supplied glass candle vessel, keeping it on a stable, heat-resistant surface.
  2. Insert one wick into the granules, leaving approximately ¼ inch exposed.
  3. While the candle is completely cool and unlit, add a few drops of compatible scented oil to the granules near, but not directly onto, the wick.
  4. Follow the fragrance manufacturer's instructions, then light your candle and enjoy your moment of Rest & Restore.

Important Safety Note: Never add fragrance or essential oils to a burning candle, hot wax, or an exposed wick. Fragrance oils may be flammable. Always follow product safety instructions, keep the flame attended, and allow the candle to cool completely before making adjustments.

SAGE STICK, ORGANIC CHAMOMILE HERBAL TEA, AND CRYSTAL SAFETY

If you choose to burn the sage bundle, do so only in a well-ventilated area over a suitable fire-resistant receptacle; never leave embers unattended and confirm they are extinguished before storage. Do not burn sage inside the shipping or gift box.

Brew the herbal tea according to the tea supplier’s printed directions and check the ingredient label for sensitivities. The crystals are decorative, ritual objects and should not be swallowed or placed where small children or pets can reach them. “Energized by the full moon” describes Zevera’s ritual preparation tradition, not a medical or scientific guarantee.
